Refund Policy

1. Overview

At ZC Utensils, every order is held to the highest standard of quality before it leaves our facility. We stand behind each product and are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we are here to make it right.

2. Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they are in their original, unused condition and retain all original packaging. Products that show evidence of use, alteration, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for a return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer experience team at support@zcutensils.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason for return. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide instructions within 2 business days.

3. Refund Process

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your financial institution may require additional processing time before the credit appears on your statement.

4. Exchanges

Should you wish to exchange an item for a different product or variant, we recommend initiating a return for the original item and placing a new order. This ensures the fastest possible delivery of your preferred item.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Attach photographic evidence to your email and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost, including return shipping where applicable.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Custom-engraved, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless they arrive defective. Promotional, gift-with-purchase, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a confirmed product defect. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your proof of postage. ZC Utensils cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit during a return.
