However, ZC Utensils reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted. Prices are subject to change without notice and are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.
4. Orders and Contract Formation
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only upon issuance of an order confirmation email by ZC Utensils. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. In the event of cancellation, any amount charged will be fully refunded.
5. Payment
All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. ZC Utensils does not store any payment card data on its servers.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the exclusive property of ZC Utensils or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, duplicated, or exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent from ZC Utensils.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
